Data is processed only as long as needed, and then irreversibly deleted/destroyed. Retention periods: 3 or 6 years + 1 year (for potential claims); length depends on business relationship. Data processed on legitimate interest is kept until objection or target achieved. Consent-based data until withdrawal. Site administration data until outdated.
7. Social media
We manage profiles via plugins (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). Data shared via plugins is subject to that platform’s policy. If logged into such platform, they may collect info about your visit; to limit this, log out or use incognito mode.
8. Newsletter
Data (name, email) is processed by MailerLite Limited in Ireland. Consent required; data will not be transferred outside the EU. You’ll receive newsletters until unsubscription or company ends sending. Inactive subscribers (2 years) are removed.
Upon unsubscribe, data is kept as needed for possible claims. Data may be shared with hosting and email service providers under agreements.
9. Withdrawing consent
If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it anytime by emailing the controller. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing legality.
10. Comments on the site
To post comments or reviews, name and email are required. Submission constitutes consent. Admin reserves right to moderate or delete content.
11. Cookies and tools
The site uses cookies („own” and „third-party”) — you can manage or delete them via browser settings. Plugins from social platforms and tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are used.
